About The Position

Briotix Health is seeking an experienced sales and business development professional for its Business Development team. Candidates may be considered for either the Solutions Advisor or Senior Solutions Advisor level, based on job-related qualifications, experience, sales and client-growth results, scope of prior responsibility, and overall fit. The role works collaboratively to expand Briotix Health’s client base, strengthen strategic client relationships, and drive profitable business growth. It identifies and develops new opportunities through prospecting, networking, industry relationships, client engagement, and other business development activities; builds and manages a sales pipeline; develops client-focused solutions; supports proposals and RFPs; and coordinates across the organization to bring new and expanded partnerships to close. Marketing and Outbound Sales teams help generate leads and prospective client meetings, while the advisor remains responsible for building relationships, developing opportunities, and growing an active pipeline. The Senior Solutions Advisor level involves greater experience and commercial responsibility, including independently managing complex B2B sales opportunities, expanding enterprise client relationships, and driving measurable revenue growth. Senior-level responsibilities also include executive-level relationship management, complex discovery and solution development, leading pricing and commercial negotiations, maintaining accountability for forecasts and revenue, and serving as a resource to developing sales professionals. This is a remote position in the United States, with occasional travel, typically a few times per year, for industry conferences, prospective client presentations, and occasional internal meetings. The role is full-time, exempt, and averages 40 hours per week. Base salary is $65,000–$95,000 annually for Solutions Advisor or $100,000–$135,000 annually for Senior Solutions Advisor. Estimated annual commission opportunity is $18,750–$36,000+ or $25,000–$40,000+, respectively. Commission is not guaranteed and actual earnings depend on individual performance, pipeline development, sales mix, and timing.
