The position identifies and develops new business through prospecting, networking, industry relationships, client engagement, and other business development activities. It manages a sales pipeline, develops client-focused solutions, supports proposals and RFPs, and collaborates across the company to close new and expanded client partnerships. Senior-level candidates are expected to independently manage complex B2B sales opportunities, expand enterprise client relationships, and drive measurable revenue growth. The role is full-time, exempt, averages 40 hours per week, and is remote within the United States. Occasional travel—typically a few times per year—is required for conferences, prospective client presentations, and occasional internal meetings. The Solutions Advisor base salary is $65,000–$95,000 annually, with estimated annual commission opportunity of $18,750–$36,000 or more. The Senior Solutions Advisor base salary is $100,000–$135,000 annually, with estimated annual commission opportunity of $25,000–$40,000 or more. Commission is not guaranteed; earnings depend on individual performance, pipeline development, sales mix, and timing. The stated compensation range is USD 65,000–135,000 yearly. Briotix Health provides workplace health services including proactive injury prevention, musculoskeletal care, occupational health, and ergonomics. The company describes its culture as collaborative and purpose-driven, valuing relationships, innovation, integrity, professional growth, autonomy, and support. It is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment.
