About The Position

A Solutions Sales Executive exists to sit at the intersection of market reality, client goals, and Litera's product capabilities, bringing them together into a story that earns confidence and moves decisions forward. This role requires more than product knowledge; it requires an understanding of how law firms operate, how attorneys work, and where technology creates real leverage to have credible conversations. The role is designated as "Modified" hybrid employment, with a primary work location at the employee's registered home address, but requires in-person attendance at strategic meetings, client visits, conferences, and team events for a minimum of 6 days per month, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Requirements

  • Experience in legal, whether in practice or in legal technology, with familiarity with transactional and drafting workflows
  • Enough context to have credible conversations about how attorneys work and where technology creates real leverage
  • A track record of earning credibility with senior leaders and C-suite executives
  • Strong operating discipline across multiple active opportunities
  • Genuine curiosity about how your customers' businesses actually work

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives to build value narratives that connect product capability to what each stakeholder cares about
  • Lead business value conversations with C-suite executives, functional leaders, and end-user advocates
  • Shape and drive evaluation frameworks and Proof of Concepts with clear success criteria
  • Build and maintain a library of customer proof points and win stories the broader team can draw from
