About The Position

The Solution Enablement Partner is responsible for driving the ongoing product education program for WellSky solutions by ensuring both internal teammates and existing clients understand and adopt new capabilities as they come to market. The scope of this job includes acting as the critical connective tissue between our solution development teams and stakeholders, translating new features into tangible value, and fostering continuous engagement and learning. This is an exciting newly created role and will be located at our World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive education and communications strategy for all major solution releases and enhancements by ensuring clients are aware of, understand the value of, and can successfully adopt new features post-implementation.
• Lead cross-functional solution education efforts by maintaining and promoting a centralized solutions education repository and creating scalable processes that enable clients and internal teams to stay informed on new capabilities and self-serve educational resources to remain current on solution functionality.
• Collaborate closely with the WellSky Training Center and professional services teams to leverage and enhance existing educational platforms and materials.
• Act as the key interface between solutions, technical, and client-facing teams by translating technical release notes and documentation into clear, value-driven messaging and workflow-based adoption plans.
• Partner with solution and technical teams to maintain relevant, up-to-date training content that addresses any gaps in client education after the initial implementation cycle is complete.
• Establish and manage a continuous feedback loop with live clients and internal stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, measure the effectiveness of educational programs, and drive improvements.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
