About The Position

Working as part of the LHH IT Team, the Solution Owner is responsible for helping to implement innovations and improvements that align to our Delivery vision. As part of the ITD Team, the Solution Owner is the single point of ownership for defined Delivery technology (solutions/platforms/capabilities), ensuring we deliver business value today while evolving LHH’s strategy and enterprise standards. The role marries the what/why (vision, scope, priorities, outcomes), alongside the day to day how. The Solution Owner will maintain an awareness of all planned features and will help ensure that existing features and capabilities are re-used and that standard operating procedures related to configuration, translations and Accessibility compliance are followed, in order to maintain the strategic and technical integrity of the LHH Delivery platform. The Solution Owner will collaborate with many teams and key stakeholders within IT, within the wider LHH business, and with external vendors.
