Responsible for collaborating with clients to configure software solutions in pre-production and production environments. The Technical Solution Delivery Consultant helps support successful client implementations by assisting with system setup, testing, and issue resolution while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Decision-making skills
• Flexibility
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
• Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology
• Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments
• Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies
• Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues
• Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows.
• Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
• Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology
