About The Position

The Solution Consultant is a key member of RealPage’s Strategic Implementation organization, responsible for helping customers successfully deploy and adopt our SaaS solutions. This is a client‑facing, consultative role where you’ll partner closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable technology solutions. We’re looking for smart, adaptable self‑starters who enjoy solving complex problems, working with technology, and supporting customers through meaningful change. While experience with RealPage products or multifamily is helpful, it’s not required, we believe the right person can learn the application over time. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy working with customers, and like balancing multiple workstreams, this role may be a great fit.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in technology and SaaS solutions
  • Comfort working in customer‑facing roles, especially in complex or high‑expectation environments
  • Ability to distinguish and work effectively with internal vs. external customers
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing project timelines
  • Self‑directed, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Consulting, implementation, customer success, or other client‑facing experience
  • Experience supporting customers through change or systems adoption
  • Salesforce experience (even outside of multifamily)

Nice To Haves

  • Multifamily industry experience is a nice to have, not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to understand their business goals, current processes, and success criteria
  • Translate customer needs into solution designs aligned with RealPage product capabilities
  • Support implementation discovery, configuration, and deployment activities in partnership with Engagement Management and Delivery teams
  • Help customers navigate change by supporting adoption, training readiness, and go‑live preparation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, tailoring communication to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Balance multiple projects at once while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth, high‑quality customer outcomes
