About The Position

IPRally is at the forefront of the legal tech revolution, transforming how innovators protect and capitalize on their ideas with AI. Founded in 2018, the company initially focused on patent search but has expanded to power the entire IP and R&D workflow across Find, Understand, and Protect. IPRally helps teams retrieve information, turn it into strategic intelligence, make defensible decisions, and secure protected IP. As the company enters its next phase of growth, it is expanding its Solutions Consulting team in North America to introduce its disruptive legal tech to a wider market.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree.
• 3+ years of experience in consultative, intellectual property work.
• Native or fluent English proficiency, including patent terminology.
• Analytical skills to break down complex information into clear, actionable intelligence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex topics effectively and excite people.
• Understanding that relationships are as important as logic.
• Passion for helping customers and excitement about the company's vision.

Nice To Haves

• Patent attorney or patent agent background.
• Experience as a legal professional or experienced Solutions Consultant/Legal Engineer.
• Experience with how large corporations and law firms manage their technology and IT.
• Understanding of APIs, MCP, and deeper integrations.
• Firm-side and AI perspective.

Responsibilities

• Run technical, solution-led product demos to showcase the product's capabilities and its impact on legal work.
• Drive customer adoption and engagement through hands-on training, kick-off sessions, and product updates.
• Provide expert support to users, solving issues and sharing best practices to maintain a smooth customer experience.
• Capture feedback from customers and prospects and relay it to the Product Team to influence future technology development.
• Create and maintain a library of videos and training content to support Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Represent IPRally at conferences and industry events, acting as an advocate for legal tech innovation.
• Support the Marketing team with webinars and other content creation.
