About The Position

IPRally's proprietary Graph AI provides explainable, accurate answers quickly and automates repetitive tasks, leading to faster searching, sharper intelligence, and a smoother path to patent protection. The company is entering a growth phase and expanding its Solutions Consulting team in North America to help more companies adopt their technology.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative, intellectual property work.
  • Native or fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in patent language.
  • Analytical skills to break down complex information into clear, actionable intelligence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex topics in an engaging way.
  • Passion for helping customers and excitement about the company's vision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a patent attorney or patent agent.
  • Experience as a legal professional or experienced Solutions Consultant/Legal Engineer.
  • Understanding of how large corporations and law firms manage their technology and IT.
  • Familiarity with APIs, MCP, and deeper integrations.
  • A firm-side and AI perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Run technical, solution-led product demos to showcase the product's capabilities and its impact on legal work.
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement through hands-on training, kick-off sessions, and product updates.
  • Serve as the expert to solve user questions, issues, or bugs through established channels, sharing best practices.
  • Capture customer and prospect feedback and insights to inform the Product Team and guide future technology development.
  • Create and maintain a library of videos and training content to support Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Represent IPRally at conferences and industry events.
  • Support the Marketing team on webinars and other content initiatives.
