About The Position

Opening available for Solution Consultant at Cotiviti, Inc. in South Jordan, UT. Serve as the technical and functional pre-sales expert for Edifecs solutions. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams throughout the entire sales cycle. Translate new product features and capabilities into compelling sales messaging, in partnership with Product Management and Marketing. Lead responses to the functional and technical components of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Identify and document customer needs, gaps, and fitment opportunities to support product discovery and positioning. Design, build, and deploy personalized demonstration environments tailored to each customer’s context. Deliver engaging product demonstrations to prospective customers, both virtually and in person. Create sales-to-services solution briefs that outline customer-specific requirements for each Edifecs product. Represent Edifecs solutions at industry events, including conferences and seminars. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients, showcasing new and innovative Edifecs offerings. Manage and maintain the Edifecs demo environment for customized presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent education in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 7 years of healthcare IT work experience
  • 7 years of experience in Pre-sales Business / Technical sales experience selling payer and provider software and services
  • 7 years of experience with RFI/RFP/RFQ responses
  • 7 years of experience managing demo environments, setting up custom demos and Proof of Concepts
  • 7 years of experience working with health plan business and technical requirements for Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, ACA, Dual Eligible, and commercial models
  • PAHM or FAHM certification
