About The Position

At Accruent, we help organizations transform how they manage their built environment. Our Asset Management solutions help customers improve asset performance, streamline operations, manage risk, and make better decisions through connected data and intelligent workflows.

As a Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping customers understand how Accruent can solve complex business and operational challenges. You will partner with Account Executives across Australia and New Zealand to discover customer needs, shape solution strategy, demonstrate business value, and win opportunities.

You will work across Accruent's Asset Management portfolio, including Engineering Document Management, Maintenance Connection, Field, and related solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with complex enterprise software, ideally in asset management, CMMS, EAM, IWMS, facilities management, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams to shape and win complex opportunities.
• Strong consultative discovery skills and the ability to connect customer challenges to business outcomes.
• Ability to position multiple software products as an integrated solution, rather than demonstrating products in isolation.
• Strong executive presence, communication, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to articulate business value, ROI, and differentiation.
• Curiosity and a passion for technology, including cloud, data, integrations, and AI.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a global organization.
• Willingness to travel to prospects, customers, and Accruent offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to uncover business challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify, shape, and advance complex opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations and executive presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Translate customer challenges into differentiated solution recommendations across Accruent's Asset Management portfolio.
• Develop compelling value propositions and business cases that demonstrate the impact of Accruent's solutions.
• Lead solution workshops and proofs of concept, establishing clear objectives and success criteria.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and address technical and solution requirements.
• Identify deal risks, competitive dynamics, and solution gaps, and partner with the Account Executive to develop strategies to win.
• Share customer and market insights with Product, Marketing, and other teams to improve our solutions and go-to-market approach.
