About The Position

The Solution Business Analyst (Staff) supports and operates enterprise IT asset and workspace management solutions, helping provide a seamless experience for internal customers. The role involves ownership of daily operations and close cross-functional collaboration with IT, Security, Finance, and engineering teams to maintain stable and efficient services. The analyst also identifies and documents market and customer needs, works with engineering to translate requirements into product features, analyzes product and market information, contributes to competitive strategy discussions, and maintains solution documentation.

The position is a one-year contract. The listed pay rate is approximately $5,657.84 per month, DOE. The work location is stated as “Austine, TX.”

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Fluency in Korean, including the ability to prepare business reports in Korean.

Nice To Haves

• 3 or more years of experience with product management or enterprise SaaS product support.

Responsibilities

• Support and operate IT asset and facility management services, such as business phones and AV assets, for internal customers and users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth, stable, and efficient service operations.
• Identify, understand, and document market and customer needs, collaborating with engineering teams to translate requirements into product features.
• Analyze product and market data through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance teams to improve mobility and workspace management solutions.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and contribute to competitive strategy discussions.
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports.
