About The Position

We are seeking a Solution Architect D365 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and enterprise integration and a proven ability to design, govern, and deliver scalable, secure, and supportable solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• 3+ years as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Lead Technical Architect.
• Expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights Journeys, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Administration experience in enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security models, business rules, plugins, solutions, and environment strategy.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline creation or support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments.
• Experience with ALM and release governance.
• Integrations with Azure services, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical design sessions and influence architecture decisions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Power Platform Pipelines, Power Platform CoE Toolkit, and Power BI.
• Support for large enterprise and regulated environments.
• Customer engagement and contact center integrations such as Five9 or Microsoft Contact Center.
• Familiarity with deployment automation tools such as Octopus Deploy.
• Knowledge of enterprise governance frameworks and cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across multiple environments.
• Define and maintain Dynamics platform strategy, governance standards, and architectural roadmaps.
• Design scalable and secure solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights Journeys, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Establish environment management strategies for Production, Sandbox, Development, and Test.
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures and technical designs with stakeholders.
• Lead solution reviews, design sessions, technical workshops, and architecture governance.
• Oversee deployment strategies and release management processes.
• Design and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Power Platform Pipelines.
• Define ALM standards, deployment processes, and source control practices.
• Architect integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, application, and performance issues.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and technical team members on best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with Microsoft support and vendors on critical platform issues.
• Support licensing optimization, capacity planning, monitoring, and cost management.
• Maintain architecture documentation, standards, support procedures, and solution roadmaps.
• Participate in operational support and production issue resolution as required.
