About The Position

We are seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS to lead the design and scaling of our applications. This role involves architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS, focusing on CI/CD, DevOps, and automation. You will ensure system performance, reliability, and observability, manage vendor integrations, and mentor engineers to promote best practices and code quality. The ideal candidate will align technical execution with product roadmaps and business goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years in backend engineering (Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST, microservices).
• Expertise in AWS cloud Kubernetes/Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with databases (Postgres, MySQL), Kafka streaming, and observability tools.
• Proven leadership in agile teams with mentoring experience.
• Skilled in managing technical dependencies, vendors, and cross-team collaboration.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in FinTech, Auto Finance, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with ML/LLM production integration.
• Involvement in product backlog and release planning.
