About The Position

We are seeking an experienced D365 Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem, with a focus on designing and governing enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure services. You will be responsible for leading architectural design, ensuring best practices, and mentoring team members. This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Customer Service).
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and Dataverse.
• Experience with Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ).
• Proven ability to design and govern enterprise integrations using Azure services, APIs, middleware, and ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with ALM, CI/CD, release management, and environment strategy for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to combine strategic architecture leadership with occasional hands-on technical work.

Nice To Haves

• PL-600 (Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect) certification.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and AI governance.
• Background leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Experience overseeing external vendors and implementation partners.

Responsibilities
