About The Position

We are excited to announce a career opportunity for a Senior Solution Advisor – Business Suite. This senior-level role is critical to driving demand generation, bookings, adoption, and long-term customer success for SAP’s Business Suite solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with Presales, Value Advisory, Enterprise Architects, Partners, Account Executives and Sales Management, as well as engage with C-level executives to align SAP offerings with the complex business, AI and platform needs of your clients. Requirements

  • 7+ years in SAP ERP-focused enterprise software sales, solution advisory, or consulting, with a strong track record of engaging C-level executives and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Strong, demonstrated command of SAP Business Suite and legacy ECC processes (finance, procurement, planning), with hands-on experience across multiple industries.
  • Passionate advocate for cloud transformation, with the ability to guide customers toward modern, cloud-first ERP environments that drive continuous innovation and operational excellence.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Partner Ecosystem required to vet qualifications, capabilities of indirect partner organization’s ability to execute, industry differentiation and assess sales (process) and individual contributors (execution) capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive Demand & Open Doors: Lead high-impact executive briefings, immersive workshops, and strategic events for non-SAP customers that spark interest and build a strong pipeline for SAP AI and Business Suite solutions.
  • Influence at the Top: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders both within SAP and across customer and partner organizations, clearly articulating the business value of SAP’s platform.
  • Drive Deals Forward: Strategize with the VAT team to qualify net new opportunities, then confidently guide them through the sales journey to successful outcomes.
  • Champion Customer Success: Stay engaged beyond the sale ensuring handover and adoption, delivering value, and cultivating long-term, strategic customer partnerships.
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Design and deliver compelling Value Exploration and Innovation Workshops, representing SAP as a thought leader both internally and externally.
  • Align Strategy Across Teams: Collaborate closely with the account teams, both SAP and Partner Ecosystem, to develop cross-suite solutions and build cohesive Bills of Materials (BOMs) that enable customer success.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Coach and develop Solution Advisors while contributing insights to Voice of the Field initiatives that shape future strategy.
