In this role, you will join a global team within SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM), focusing on strategic customer engagements. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, solution expansion, and the adoption of the agent-led toolchain across SAP’s most strategic customers. You will act as a key advocate for the value of SAP’s latest innovations in the agent-led toolchain (including partner solutions), identifying customer-specific use cases, accelerating adoption, and ensuring measurable realization of business value. By aligning technology capabilities with strategic customer needs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping successful transformation journeys. Your contribution is essential to the commercial success of SAP BTM, supporting methodology incubation and establishing the foundation for scalable adoption across SAP’s customer base. In both short- and long-term customer engagements, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams responsible for delivering the toolchain—such as Enterprise Architects, Business Process Management experts, and Transformation Leads—as well as engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. Through building strong, trust-based relationships, you will drive impactful and referenceable customer success stories. To achieve your objectives, you will partner with internal experts from SAP BTM, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP CS&D, as well as with key ecosystem partners including Tricentis, Syniti, Palantir, and Conduct. Your impact will be visible, scalable, and long-lasting, contributing directly to SAP’s transformation agenda and customer success.
