About The Position
Dover Bible Church, located in rural Illinois, is seeking a pastor to join its elder team as a “leader among equals.” The pastor is expected to demonstrate Holy Spirit-filled servant leadership, continue to grow the church’s gospel footprint, and lead in shepherding the congregation.
