About The Position

Community Alliance Church in Winter Springs, Florida, is seeking its next Lead Pastor to shepherd a warm, caring congregation with a history of serving the church and surrounding community. This part-time position is suited to a pastor with a heart for shepherding God's people and a passion for helping the congregation embrace Christ's mission. The pastor will help the church deepen discipleship, cultivate authentic relationships, build community partnerships, and reach the next generation of families with the gospel, while valuing both pastoral care and missional outreach.

The church has a longstanding community outreach ministry through Community Alliance Preschool, which serves children from three months through VPK. It also has debt-free facilities that do not need major repairs, a faithful congregation, and opportunities for future outreach. Candidates with bi-vocational or convocational ministry experience are preferred. Candidates must agree with the doctrine and values of the Christian and Missionary Alliance and be eligible for licensure and ordination if not already an official worker.
