This role is for a Field Superintendent who will provide strategic and operational leadership for residential collection services across multiple service districts. Reporting to the Solid Waste Operations Manager, this position oversees frontline supervisors responsible for daily collection operations and ensures safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. The Superintendent is a key resource for operational problem-solving, workforce development, customer service escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
