About The Position
Summit Anaheim currently has an open position for Solder Mask Operator (1st shift). Summit Interconnect is a manufacturer of advanced technology printed circuit boards with a specific focus on complex rigid and rigid-flex product with unique expertise in RF/Microwave applications.
Requirements
- Understanding Summit Traveler concerning Tool numbers and Work Order numbers.
- Check films, Diazo or Silver films to be used.
- Image screens for soldermask.
- Capable of pushing soldermask, hand registration of artwork on panels to photo image or automatic soldermask application/processing.
- Pre-clean procedures per traveler, clean up of all tools used.
- Use of eye loop and inspection of panels.
- Operation of soldermask developer, final bake time and temperature.
- Moving panels to shipping for outside services.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ in the printed circuit board industry.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have very good concentration and must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (e.g., "Green Card" holder), asylee, or refugee as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
Responsibilities
- Process panels to development.
- Ensure quality.
- Performs other department or company-related tasks at the direction of the department lead.
