About The Position

The Solder Mask/Screening Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining the functionality of all tasks within the Screening Department. This role involves performing tasks as described in the screening procedure, including cleaning and setting up production screens, stretching new screens, screening legend and solder mask inks, and operating various machines. The operator will also be responsible for filling out required logs, performing housekeeping duties, and general maintenance.

Requirements

• Lift 40-50 pounds regularly for 8 hours.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Read and understand written procedures.
• Follow instructions as required by supervisor or lead.
• Follow production schedule.
• Pass all audits and certification requirements.
