About The Position

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Machine Operators to operate thermoforming and/or injection molding machines, trim parts, and package all parts according to company quality standards. The base hourly rate of pay starts at $19.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour 2nd shift differential or $1.50 per hour 3rd shift differential.

Requirements

Have at least 1 year of prior experience in the manufacturing environment
Have a high degree of attention to prevent accidents and injuries
Be able to stand for the duration of the assigned shift
Be a team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic
Be dependable, with an excellent attendance record
Have the ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions in English
Be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Operate or assist with the operation of machinery and equipment utilized in the production process
Use basic hand and cutting tools, including but not limited to hand trimming of various parts.
Fill out all required paperwork
Lift and transfer raw material, finished product, and packed materials from conveyors and tables
Assemble parts, place labels on products, and package products
Ensure all quality standards are met
Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all are able to perform all tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
Comply with all safety guidelines and company procedures
Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
Perform other duties as assigned
