About The Position
SpartanX Solar is hiring motivated Solar Sales Consultants to grow our Pennsylvania market. This is a commission-based sales position for people who are comfortable talking to homeowners, generating opportunities, and closing business. Solar experience is a plus, but proven success in direct sales, outside sales, door-to-door sales, home improvement, roofing, telecom, or another performance-driven sales environment is highly relevant.
Requirements
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with direct homeowner interaction and prospecting
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Competitive, coachable, and results-driven
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Nice To Haves
- Solar experience is a plus

- Speak directly with homeowners about residential solar
- Generate and develop your own sales opportunities
- Conduct solar consultations and guide homeowners through the sales process
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Maintain an active sales pipeline
- Work your assigned market and surrounding communities
- Represent SpartanX professionally in the field
