About The Position

Trinity Solar is a leader in residential solar and home energy solutions, helping homeowners lower costs while making a positive environmental impact. We’re expanding our closer teams and looking for proven closers and driven sales professionals ready to grow their income in a high-demand industry. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience, but we also welcome experienced closers looking for stronger support, better products, and higher earning potential. With uncapped commission, paid training, and multiple revenue streams, first-year reps average $130,000–$150,000 OTE, with top performers earning more.

Requirements

  • Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired)
  • Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
  • Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Cell phone with data plan

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
  • Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
  • Overcome objections and confidently close deals
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
  • Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
  • Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
  • Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
