About The Position

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking reliable and skilled Solar Installers to join its installation team. The role involves installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. Installers work with the crew to deliver quality renewable energy installations and may collaborate with engineers and project managers. Previous solar installation or construction experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and safety codes.
• Ability to work at heights, lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.

• Previous experience in solar installation or construction.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems on rooftops and other structures.
• Ensure wiring and electrical connections meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to complete installations efficiently.
• Perform site assessments and provide input on optimal solar system layouts.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure job site.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs when necessary.
