About The Position

UniFirst is hiring a Production Team Partner to sort and account for soiled items returned from customer stops so they can be properly laundered, folded, and returned to customers. The role includes on-the-job training and cross-training in different areas of production. The position has a 40-hour work week over five days, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight, volume, and distance.

Nice To Haves

• High school education or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count soiled wipers, cloths, aprons, towels, and other items returned from customer stops.
• Ensure all soiled items are accounted for so they can be properly laundered, folded, and returned to customers.
• Accurately report processes.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP requirements, and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the area supervisor or management.
