About The Position

This is a contract position for a Software V&V Engineer located in Irvine, CA, requiring onsite work only. The client is an Aerospace Company. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and familiarity with the Aerospace domain. Key responsibilities include working with ARP4754A, developing and executing test scripts in a System Integration lab with Hardware in the loop, analyzing test results, and supporting certification activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience
  • Experience working with ARP4754A, Guidelines for development of civil aircraft and systems
  • Experience with Flight Control Computers and System Integration lab test setup environments
  • Ability to understand System Requirements and develop System Test Cases and Test Scripts using any script languages
  • Ability to execute Test Scripts on the Test bench with Hardware in loop
  • Experience collecting and analyzing test results using DIADEM tool
  • Experience creating problem reports and following standard PR process
  • Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Experience with requirement management tool DOORs
  • Experience with configuration management tools Integrity(MKS)
  • Experience working towards activities to support and achieve certification

Responsibilities

  • Work with ARP4754A, Guidelines for development of civil aircraft and systems
