About The Position

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Requirements

Ability to undergo required screening and background checks. Must meet requirements to obtain a government issued clearance.
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is preferred with 3 years of related experience in quality assurance and testing.
Experience with AWS Cloud
Has experience in QA testing to include debugging, error correction, troubleshooting, designing, and testing.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline
Experience with code review.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products.
Working with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.
Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
Documenting software defects, using a bug tracking system, and reporting defects to software developers.
Identifying, analyzing, and documenting problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
Developing testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Incorporating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Participating in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Documenting test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
Planning test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
Monitoring bug resolution efforts and tracking success.
Ensuring software product (system or application) meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance required for release.
