About The Position

We are seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our team. The role involves gathering and writing technical requirements and user stories, coordinating API integrations, performing software testing and validation of REST APIs and eSIM solutions, managing work items in Azure DevOps, and collaborating with internal engineering teams and external vendors. You will also conduct test sessions, resolve technical issues, support project execution, and contribute to telecom/connectivity initiatives related to 5G eSIM management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in software testing, API integration, requirements gathering, and DevOps-related activities.
• Experience writing, implementing, or using REST APIs.
• Ability to use Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Software testing and validation experience.
• Experience creating technical requirements and user stories.
• Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues and support system changes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the Comprion test system.

Responsibilities

• Gather and write technical requirements and user stories.

• Perform software testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Manage project tasks and track progress using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with Telecom, Systems, and Engineering teams to define solutions.
• Conduct test sessions and support 5G eSIM connectivity initiatives.
• Review user needs and support project planning, scope, and implementation.
