The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations. Task 2 — Enterprise Applications Support — delivers engineering, operations, and sustainment of enterprise software applications and IT capabilities supporting more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 ARNG sites nationwide. This task area ensures mission-critical applications remain current, secure, and aligned with evolving ARNG requirements by integrating innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement practices into application lifecycle management. ECS is seeking a Software Test Engineer - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program by developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, security, and performance of mission-critical applications. The selected candidate will play a key role in validating enterprise-level software solutions, collaborating closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently. This position is integral to maintaining the reliability and effectiveness of applications that support the Army National Guard's operational objectives.
