About The Position

IRMI is seeking a DFW-based Software Support Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you'll work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, and business users to troubleshoot software issues, monitor application health, support system upgrades, validate releases, and help keep our business-critical systems running smoothly. Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and work well with both technical and non-technical users
  • Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve user and system issues through our help desk platform
  • Monitor alerts, logs, and error dashboards to identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Reproduce issues, document findings, and collaborate with developers on solutions
  • Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles
  • Validate software updates and help ensure changes do not introduce regressions
  • Support application maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
