Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Internship, co-op, academic project, or up to 2 years of experience in software implementation, solutions engineering, warehouse automation, WMS, WCS, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Basic understanding of software deployment, system integration, databases, APIs, or warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and customer-facing environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop technical and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business (10–20%).

Responsibilities

  • Requirements collection and analysis: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable system designs and implementations.
  • Project delivery: Lead end-to-end software delivery, from blueprint design and scope definition to budgeting, development, testing, and client training, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
  • Project management: Manage client expectations, drive satisfaction, and resolve issues quickly by partnering with R&D and technical teams, while ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Team empowerment: Share expertise across departments, providing guidance and training to both internal teams and clients to ensure successful system adoption and utilization.
  • Product enhancement: Monitor industry trends, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with R&D teams to enhance product capabilities and continuously improve solutions.
