Requirements

5+ years of experience in space or land-based communications architectures, RF spectrum operations, or waveform modernization initiatives
3+ years of experience with capability assessments, operational planning, risk management, and mission integration activities
3+ years of experience with requirements development for complex Department of the Navy systems and systems of systems
Experience with Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT)
Ability to brief senior military and government leadership
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)
Master's degree in CS or Engineering
MCSA or MCSE Windows Server 2008 Certification
MCSA or MCSE Windows 7 Certification
IAT Level II Certification
CCNA or CCNP Certification
