About The Position

MetaFoundry Labs is looking for a motivated Software Sales Representative to help launch and grow our sales organization across North America. This is an opportunity to work directly with company leadership, help shape our sales strategy, and play a key role in introducing innovative software solutions to industrial businesses. Unlike many sales roles, you'll be supported by a dedicated Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for prospecting and pipeline generation, allowing you to focus on building relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and closing new business. Most customer interactions are conducted remotely through phone and virtual meetings, with occasional travel for customer visits and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven success managing opportunities through the complete sales cycle
  • Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel periodically throughout North America

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer operations and business challenges
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect
  • Develop proposals and guide customers through the buying process
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline within the CRM
  • Partner closely with a dedicated SDR to maximize pipeline conversion
  • Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Represent MetaFoundry Labs at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
