Software Quality Engineer

Quavo Fraud & Disputes
•$85,000 - $100,000

About The Position

As a Software QA Engineer at Quavo, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of products throughout the development lifecycle. You will think like an end user to identify functionality, security, and UX issues beyond acceptance criteria, and find problems early through requirements reviews during refinement. The role uses Quavo’s Claude Code QA skills for test planning, execution, and bug filing. You remain accountable for reviewing and approving every output. You will test Pega/QFD workflows, validate data with read-only Snowflake SQL, and publish traceable evidence to Jira and BrowserStack. You will verify regulatory coverage and maintain audit-ready evidence for SOC2 and PCI-DSS. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Onboarding, Services, and Client Experience; participate in Agile ceremonies; investigate customer issues; and contribute to Confluence. Over time, you will become a subject-matter expert on Quavo’s products, support release readiness, and guide clients with confidence. This role is not eligible for sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
