Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Clearance Required

We are looking for highly qualified Software Quality Assurance Engineer for a contract working onsite supporting NRL in Washington, DC. This is a part time position, 10 hours/week.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess an active SECRET clearance at minimum.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Monitor every phase of the software development process so as to ensure design quality, making sure that the software adheres to defined standards.
- Represent and report Mission Assurance, to provide oversight and verification of adherence to the defined processes.
- Define and develop SQA processes and conduct audits of code, builds, and documentation to ensure adherence to the standards as defined by the SQA and MA processes.
- Work with developers to ensure the implemented processes are tailored to meet the needs of the project.
- Work with the leads to support management of the software requirement specifications.
- Track and coordinate changes to the requirements via a tracking tool.
- Develop a framework using tracking tools to support development, planning, and execution of tests.
- Customize and upgrade tracking tools.
- Understand relational database design, deployment, and administration
