The Software Procurement Specialist supports the intake and tracking of software requests and fosters collaboration between Information Communication Services (ICS) and the Church Education System (CES), the parent organizations responsible for reviewing and processing BYU-Pathway Worldwide (BPW) software requests. The role helps project managers maintain visibility into active requests, determine whether requests should be routed through ICS or CES vendor management, and ensure requests progress through the appropriate review, approval, and communication channels. The specialist serves as a coordination point between requestors, project managers, vendor management, IT purchasing, privacy, security, legal, AI review, and other stakeholders as needed. This position reports to the Director of Technology Operations and will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, ICS, and CES. This part-time position typically works Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. This position is an on-site position.
