We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a permanent, full-time Software/IT Project Manager. In this role, you'll lead the charge on real-world, user-centered projects from conception to execution. Collaborate with a creative and collaborative team of developers and IT professionals. Leverage your expertise to define project schedules and craft clear project plans. Drive results by keeping executives and stakeholders informed through clear, concise communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of exceptional software/IT project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven understanding of project lifecycles (SDLC & PM) and application and/or infrastructure delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Agile/Waterfall experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation.
  • Identify, manage risks and issues, and facilitate resolution.
  • Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and track variances against goals.
  • Manage deliverable quality and ensure user acceptance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Lead project closeout with required deliverables.
  • Continuously develop leadership skills.
  • Embrace organizational changes and champion PMO best practices.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability within the project team.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
