About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Software Integration Engineer III to serve as the primary customer-facing operations point of contact for the HPDA mission. The role involves triaging incoming requests, gathering and scoping technical requirements, and providing standby support for ad-hoc, critical-thinking requests from the mission customer. It draws on hands-on Linux administration, Spark-based big data processing, and Kubernetes-hosted containerized services.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least eight years of demonstrable experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment; alternatively, five years of full-time, directly related Computer Science work may substitute for the degree, plus at least eight years of demonstrable experience.
An industry-recognized professional certification, as defined in the TTOs, may substitute for one year of experience; a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field may substitute for two years of experience.
Experience with the Linux command-line interface.
Experience writing scripts using Shell, Bash, or Python.
Linux administration experience, including software integration, service management, configuration management, and routine sustainment operations related to provisioning, storage, and networking.
Experience installing, configuring, and supporting COTS/GOTS/FOSS software, libraries, and packages in a Linux environment.
Experience with stream/batch Big Data processing and analytic frameworks, including Spark.
Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code principles and automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Ansible.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Experience deploying containerized services under Kubernetes orchestration.
Demonstrated experience using system monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana.
Experience with Git for source code management, branching strategies, and team collaboration.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite, including JIRA and Confluence.
