About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Software Integration Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain tools and services supporting the Atlassian suite of products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. The engineer will work with cross-functional teams—including software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers—to deliver integrations that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least eight years of demonstrable experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment; alternatively, five years of full-time, directly related Computer Science work may substitute for the degree, with at least eight years of demonstrable experience.
• An industry-recognized professional certification, as defined in the TTOs, may substitute for one year of experience; a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field may substitute for two years of experience.
• Experience using the Linux command-line interface (CLI).
• Experience writing Bash, Python, or Groovy scripts to automate tasks.
• Experience configuring and customizing Atlassian products to meet specific user and organizational needs.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving Atlassian integration failures, performance bottlenecks, or compatibility issues.
• Experience testing Atlassian integrations for functionality, performance, and reliability under various conditions.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and mission needs.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Unix environment.
• Experience interacting with and training external customers.
