The Customer Implementation Success Champion will join the project team and play a fundamental role in ensuring that our customers achieve a successful McLeod Software go-live before moving to long-term support. In this role, you’ll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk and provide proactive support for long-term customer success and relationship management.
