As part of the Professional Services, Solution Services team, the Software Implementation Consultant acts as the principal liaison with customers to implement leading practices, optimize workflows, and drive business outcomes within Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings. This role involves building relationships, becoming a trusted advisor, guiding customers on business practices and solution use, and leading in-depth analysis, configuration, and setup. The consultant will be an integral driver of customer value and solution adoption, working within a high-performance, cross-collaborative team. The position requires up to 30% travel to customer sites and regional meetings.
