About The Position

Silna Health streamlines securing treatment approvals from health insurers. Our cutting-edge technology ensures faster access to care, reduced administrative burden for clinical staff, and timely payments for providers. Based in NYC, we partner with healthcare providers nationwide and are well funded by top-tier VCs. As Silna scales our technology platform to a broader customer base, we are expanding on a few efforts: Clinical case management. At times insurance companies require clinician action, and we’re pulling an email based process into a proper case management system, streamlining the clinical staff's processes. An external facing API. As our customers are leveraging Silna to automate never before automated processes, we have the opportunity to be the standard bearer for the proper data schema for prior authorizations. Integrating cutting edge models into our automation processes. We are integrating new technologies such as OpenAI’s end to end voice model to automate tedious phone calls and Anthropic’s computer use model to automate traditional web portals. These are just a few of the engineering challenges we are presently tackling, and with healthcare being a relatively greenfield space, there’s constantly room to leverage software to 10x efficiency across clinical staff to the back office. We are bringing on engineers to help us execute across the board.

Responsibilities

  • Streamlining clinical staff processes by developing a case management system.
  • Developing an external facing API to standardize data schema for prior authorizations.
  • Integrating new technologies like OpenAI's voice model and Anthropic's computer use model into automation processes.
  • Leveraging software to increase efficiency across clinical staff and the back office.
  • Translating customer needs into delivered software.
  • Strategizing with the CTO and COO on how software can solve business problems.
