About The Position

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable web and mobile solutions. This role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, developing technical strategies, and implementing Agile methodologies. The manager will also monitor team productivity, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Engineering Management, Information System Management or related field (or foreign degree equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a software development role with responsibility for technical leadership or program execution.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and analyzing A/B testing experiments, iterative development processes, and data-driven decision-making.
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing and optimizing E-Commerce or SaaS platforms to support user acquisition, retention, or operational scalability.
  • At least 2 years of experience with full-stack software development, including testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team toward the successful delivery of software programs, product features and business-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable web and mobile solutions to improve performance insights and user experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, data science, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Develop and oversee technical strategies and program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user impact metrics.
  • Implement Agile methodologies and A/B testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement, informed decision-making, and iterative product releases.
  • Monitor engineering team productivity and software quality through KPI tracking, sprint retrospectives, and performance benchmarking.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to software engineers to support career development and technical growth, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and psychological safety.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices related to software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud deployment, and SaaS operations.
