Responsible for leading teams in developing and deploying innovative solutions that align with the company's overall business and technology strategies. This role includes managing technical projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software and data solutions. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. With a strong focus on areas such as Microsoft D365 F&O, Salesforce, Power Platform, Mainframe Systems, and Data Platforms (Azure, Snowflake), the Engineering Manager partners with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and ensure scalability and security across platforms. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Data Architecture and Integration: Ensure proper data governance and master data management principles across the enterprise. Architect and deliver solutions that leverage data management and data integrations with platforms such as Azure, Snowflake and Enterprise ERPs. Cross-Platform Strategy: Identify opportunities to integrate systems and processes across CRM, ERP, SCM, and HCM platforms with the enterprise data management tools to streamline front and back-office operations. Create scalable solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Microsoft Power Platform.
