About The Position

The Experience Software Engineer administers and manages MuleSoft integrations across Salesforce’s Finance systems landscape, supporting mission-critical business processes. The role serves as the primary process expert for its service area and collaborates with developers, business stakeholders, and other technology teams to support end-to-end business processes. Work includes enterprise application support, resolving technical and functional issues, analyzing trends to identify enhancements that reduce support requests, and partnering with development teams to deliver new and improved functionality. The successful candidate must be agile and able to support multiple priorities.
