Software Engineering Manager (Integration Team)
About The Position
Our client is a high-growth SaaS startup enabling advanced manufacturers to build world-class hardware. They're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the integrations team, building and maintaining connections between their growing SaaS product and external platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, product ownership, and technical guidance. You'll shape requirements and priorities, manage a strong team of engineers, and help build reliable integrations that solve real-world problems for customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven servant leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and knows how to turn ambiguity into clarity and action. This is a hybrid remote role, requiring three days onsite per week in Kent, WA. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to help build a software team that’s powering the future of advanced manufacturing.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software development with proven leadership in SaaS or high-growth tech.
- Deep background integrating disparate systems and working with data exchange, synchronization, and interoperability.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable APIs.
- Proficiency working with relational databases, including SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing, build, and deployment workflows.
- Ability to drive delivery through strong communication, prioritization, and technical judgment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo, AWS.
