About The Position

T-Mobile’s 11-week paid Summer 2027 internship offers hands-on learning, training, mentorship, and practical software engineering work. Interns work on solutions supporting Frontline users in Care and Retail, whose systems help customers purchase services and manage accounts. Projects may deliver capabilities for Frontline Experts and for T-Mobile’s website, as well as analytical insights related to Frontline work. Interns collaborate with other interns, leaders, and T-Mobile employees.

Requirements

• Analytical skills.
• Software development skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Have one or more courses remaining in a bachelor's or graduate degree program after the internship.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects delivering capabilities to Frontline Experts who support customers in Care and Retail.
• Work on projects delivering capabilities on T-Mobile’s website.
• Deliver analytical insights related to work being delivered for Frontline.
• Use JIRA to track work.
• Use GitLab as a code and documentation repository.
