About The Position

RTX Technologies is seeking Software Engineering Interns for programs developing real-time embedded software in the Gen 4 Tactical Airborne Radar area. The intern will employ Raytheon software development processes. This role is located in El Segundo, California, and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance, with U.S. citizenship being a requirement for eligibility. The internship is for Summer 2027.

Requirements

Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in an applicable discipline and actively enrolled through completion of the internship / co-op session.
Developing software utilizing C/C++, Python, Ada or related tools/languages.
Knowledge of real time embedded software development.
Solid academic & technical background in computer science / software engineering.
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
